My background spans professional audio, business ownership, real estate, operations management, and CFO/controller work — a career built on learning how something works well enough to turn it into a system that solves real problems.
I started PC865 to help small and family-owned business owners who are excellent at what they do, but have reached a point where the business needs skills they've never had to develop — clear financial reporting, sound operations, and the right systems to support growth.
